From the Factory Floor to Custom Software
My career didn't start in a software company. It started on the factory floor.
With years in Electronics Manufacturing Services — engineering, program management, quality systems — I learned firsthand what software, manufacturers actually need. I saw the gap between what off-the-shelf software promised and what production teams actually required.
That experience shapes everything I build today. When I design a production tracking system or quality database, I'm not guessing what you need. I've lived it. I know the frustration of clunky systems, the cost of manual data entry, and the power of having the right information at the right time.
That's why I started Nick's Software — to build solutions that actually work for the people using them, not just the people buying them.
